• All sales representatives are expected to communicate and execute these terms to all participating retailers.
• All orders must be clearly marked with appropriate program code to receive the show special.
• All orders are subject to normal credit limits and approval.
• Terms: There are two methods of payment for all accounts:
1. Credit Card payment with CC on file via EBIZ link sent via email.
2. Approved credit with our factor CIT (will require a completed CIT credit app.)
• New Customers: We have two methods for opening orders: Credit and Factor CIT. Requests for credit will require a completed CIT credit application.
• Back orders under $50 USD are automatically cancelled.
• *Big Stuff items do not qualify for free freight. These items should be written on separate orders. Big Stuff items include Kodiak Bear, Celestial Star, Little Nook Playhouse and Wildwoods Owl Push-Cart.
• *Free freight excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
